No Bullshit honestly ive been quite lucky with +2 drops on Boss's since the last patch for some reason it seems! Im averaging 50/50 drop rate on +2 with boss's! Thats running single boss as well!
It seems even harder to roll double boss now for some reason again this could all be Luck/RNG! There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
