Constant lag spikes

So these past few days every few minutes game freezes,it either resumes after a few seconds,or freezes long enough for the severs to kick me to log in screen.

Was this trace running/capturing when you were experiencing the issue?
The only thing that stands out to me is the packet loss starting in your ISP. I'd hard reboot your router/modem (pull the plug and wait 30 seconds) and see if it resolves anything. If not, you'll likely need to email your ISP a copy of the trace. If the trace wasn't running at the same time, capture a new trace using version 0.92 while the issues are happening (before, during, and after). | |

Have you monitored F1 in game and your system tray for CPU/memory/harddisk load?

Same issue here,the game is really unplayable for me cus of these lag spikes/Disconnections..i would have made a thread about it but seems like this issue is affecting others as well
