Failed to connect to instance

Hi there!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. In this instance, please attempt to connect to a different Gateway and advise us of your result.

Should this not resolve the issue, please provide us with a little more information regarding the problem. Is this issue only experienced when attempting to log into a certain character, or when attempting to log into the client at all?

Please also advise us if you are using any port forwarding/DMZ settings on your current router/modem setup. I would also like to suggest the temporary use of a VPN Service to test if this issue is directly related to your current connection only.
