If they let people make cards to get my item I will cry, unless you have to go through the same motions to get the cards as you do to get the item itself.

If a unique supporter says no div card at all for a unique but a div card for like ANY weapon or Unique gloves came out, then does that unique designed by the supporter get included in those cards?

Yep, as others have said - if you've designed a unique and someone wants to make a divination card that specifically targets that unique we will contact you.
It was answered with that post from Bex.
