As a unique designer, can i say no to a divination card for my unique?

What if someone wants to protect their unique Axe from say the Battleborn card which gives a random unique axe? Do they remove it from the list for the designer?

That could be misleading for those creating the Divination Cards also. I mean, what if I were creating a card with the assumption that certain uniques were dropping in the base item I chose. Now imagine 3 of them were supporters, and all 3 said no. Now my base item chosen only has say...a single unique assigned to it. Wouldn't that be irritating for the person who designed the card?

I feel like when it comes to random chance, it shouldn't matter because it is like a drop.

Yep... glad I wasn't the only one to see the catch-22 here.

I've gotten two of the five battleborn cards needed to turn in. It will likely be my only set for the beta. I'm running the area it drops in hopes of completing it.

Whatever the card eventually does, I would like to have complete information as to what it would do.
