crit ele kinetic blast wander

used full respec on a templar i had to create this build:



does it look decent? did i miss anything or took something i should not have? i am wondering if those wand passives are wasted: increased damage with wands.
piscator doesn't do any damage in the first place? did i make a mistake here?

i think i'm gonna play this to level 90 so i will have 6 more points to spend. any ideas where to put them?
