In general I'd agree with you but when a bunch of your scaling comes from fire and ele damage the corpse explosions are not to be underestimated.

IB is useless in beta. Nerfs to corpse % life, radius on IB's q and radius on spalsh's q are just too much. Until reverted it won't let IB be viable.



And to stay on topic - do Blooddance have any chance against Atziri boots? Considering 5-7 f-charges possible with proposed tree.

Obviously, 7% additional life regen sounds very appealing, but once you commit to evasion you need to understand that if you get hit, you'd usually get hit hard, and the only way you can recover are insta flasks. Warlord's Mark and 4.8% regen from tree should cover all the small hits that might sneak through your defenses. With Hyrri's and Atziri's Steps you can get 60% spell dodge in 2.0 and that'd save your life far more often than regen. Also, Atziri's give you additional life and 600-ish evasion.

Also, I'm trying to figure the CwDT, EC and Golems setups. Also, the Leap Slam combo needs a change, can't roll RBBR on a pure DEX item.

update: because casting and sustaining EC seems kinda tricky right now I decided removing e-charges and adding Fortify and Blind to Leap Slam should be more profitable. CoH is now removed from the setup. Warlord's Mark is no longer triggered and has its own setup.

only auras you gonna use are grace and artic armour ?

if yes then why not go blood magic keystone and use the left side of the tree ?

of course you will need to go RT this way and focus on chance to ignite/fire damage/fire penetration.


the defeses will be need to be : fortify and endurance charges.


it seems much better than what you are tring to do right now:stacking accuracy,evasion,critical chance and elemental damage. (and mana too....)

all in all i thing the build you are tring to achieve seems perfect for an auraless character.

Blood Magic is only worth if if you can free up an additional socket. Considering that I plan to run Cleave on mana it doesn't make much sense to go that route.
RT doesn't mesh up well with evasion reflect considering. Relying solely on Fortify and e-charges while your build is taking additional physical/fire damage only makes sense if you have suicidal tendencies (tested). Also, I'm not stacking crit chance (where did you get that from?).

In other words, at a very little cost you can get plenty of evasion + dodge/spell dodge. With the new Hyrri's and Atziri's Step you can get those values to 55/60% + you can always run Vaal Grace against bosses, Bloodlines packs, RT exiles, reflect etc. You only invest three points in mana and get mana on hit in return that would be helpful against curse immune mobs. Accuracy doesn't require any excessive stacking, you can get some from the jewelry, gloves or even a helmet.

A rather short update, with a week to go I'm checking out various variations of the tree and thinking about possibly giving Wild Strike a chance. I expect a full guide with videos and such to be updated a few days after the 2.0 release.

- Wild Strike,
- Multistrike (if supported),
- Weapon Elemental Damage,
- Lesser Multiple Projectiles,
- Fire Penetration.

With 50-60% increased accuracy on the tree and some flat/% on items you should be able to get 90% chance to hit. Worked with a couple of my characters in 1.3, dunno why it wouldn't work now.

With some very limited damage (no Fireborn, no jewels, no fire jewelry, my Oro's in Standard is only 4-link) the build seems to work. Warlord's > Leap > Cleave require getting used to the combo, but I did some level 76 stuff and defensively I was fine. Offense will come when I get the aforementioned piece I'm missing right now.
