Scion Ice Spear

Ok wanted to make a ice spear scion build, i will add more as i go but i wanted everyones opinion on the passives i build for it.

Don't spend all 120 points when planning a build.

Don't go to the templar side. Get the reduced mana reservation on the shadow side instead.
Assassination is also a better passive than Arcane Potency.
Sniper is not needed if you are looking for projectile speed (ice spear really doesn't need additional projectile speed).
If you need more life take Blood Drinker instead of the spell damage/Frost Walker nodes at the witch start.
