" Take note that the word vendor merely means to sell. It is just in this game people somewhat restricted the definition to NPC deals. I am using the word in the natural way in that sense. |

I had somebody do this to me once. Luckily I had just finished clearing the map so the player didn't get to grief much. Now my hideout is locked from party members so uh, thanks for making my future trading a tad inconvenient because I cant say ''my ho''

Props to the OP, I hadn't considered this before but love the concept. In the immortal words of Homer Simpson "Two wrongs do make a right " :)
I personally hate the Party chat spammers when I'm actually looking to Party. If you want to sell an item, use the trade chat or POE Trade, they're both far more effective anyway. Keep fighting the good fight! |

Invading is nothing new, in fact there used to be quite a large guild that did exactly that and was their whole guild objective/mission. I don't even seeing the point as you made it sound like its a legit levelling strategy. We'll wait and see when you'll reach 100 doing this OP

What kind of an asshole are you for invading other people their maps? its basicly stealing! and for what? becaus people use the party board? and you get anoyed by it? wow bravo to the person who thinks this is a good way to interact with other people! making the game alot more fun when you can fuck up other people's maps isnt it? Unbelievable!

Until today I had no idea that people who made public parties for trading then went into maps. I figured they'd just be in their hideouts until they got some kind of indication that someone wanted to trade. After all, a public party is a public party.
Though I suppose that putting a player on ignore would prevent them from entering your hideout and thereby your maps, even when they've joined your party. Because that happened one time in a rotation I was in. |
