Not sure I'd call it Facebreaker's big brother. But it looks like a truly excellent item that I'm looking forward to building around. I'd been waiting for that unique that gave me some ideas, and this one might be it.

An easy way to deal pure lightning so you can scale both melee and spells with the same mods, making it good for COMK or COC. Interesting.

It won't work well with COC because you will only have the base 5% crit chance of unarmed attacks but I am really interested in a COMK build theory.
