Considering its made by a different company, unlikely to be part of the bundle. The bundle is a Bethesda & Microsoft deal.

Kind of anxious. I really don't like some of the stuff they did. The new dialogue style, the whole building thing, the removal of skills and the crafting stuff are my biggest concerns. Not a fan of the voiced protagonist either. The setting looks cool though.

I meet all of the specs except CPU, though I'm expecting to upgrade my Motherboard, RAM and CPU soon. I currently have a Intel i7 920 CPU at 2.66GHZ.

Looks like Agility will interact with the new VATS system by increasing the time you have to select targets, in place of the old, "freeze-frame" system. =^[.]^=
