Question about Chancing uniques no longer available

Can i chance a Voll's Devotion or Headhunter in my hideout or a in a normal map? I hope I don't have to run a nemesis mod map (1 exa) to be able to chance a headhunter

No you can't.
You have to run a map with a Zana mod (such as the Nemesis mod you named) to be able to chance a headhunter for example. | |

As you probably noticed, Zana's prices are tailored to the value of uniques you can chance in there :)
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
