Latency problems with America Gateway

Hi, I'm having conectino issues with the America Gateway. First of all i'm from South America so my latency is 150/180 but its playable. now i log in, go to a map, no problem, a few minute later, when i kill a group of mobs or i open a box, my latency increses like over 1400 and stays there for a lot of time even could be 15/20 minute. i decided to try another gateway, and i choose Europe. There, i can play without this issue, obviusly my latency increases to 250/270 and i have more dsync, but its not the other problem.
i have my pc connected to the router via ethernet, and tried with different cables, also i tested with my father's computer and same problem.

looks like the level3 nodes have some problems, nothing ggg can do about because it's not the carrier they hostes their servers on (which is softlayer).

things will probably improve for you once the brazilian servers are up
