MTX Arctic Armor - sound

Hello,
would be possible to change sound effect of Arctic Armor when the Rain cloud MTX is active? It might be interesting to have rain sound instead of the siberian wind sound. (I am not sure at the moment if any MTX has different sound assets, but it might be good addition I represent only myself, my own thought and believes. I am individual, not a representative of the community. I am not speaking on behalf of someone else and I don't get offended by things that have nothing to do with me. 3.13 was the golden age.
