MTX on Bringer of Rain and Wings of Entropy.

Do MTX effects work on these items? Specifically, Gargoyle Axe for Wings of Entropy or skin transfers. And for Bringer of Rain, are you able to use anything on it? I'd like to actually have a body piece show instead of just a plain duelist tunic.

for BoR : put an armor, preferably 6 socketed, then put the BoR on. The armor become inactivated (red) but you can apply MTX to it then. Good point : it's a common way to level 6 more gems...
