Arc sound effect

I think it would be nice if the sound effect of Arc was a bit more impressive, at least have the option to do that (something like "skill sound effects" in options menu). Right now it sounds literally like someone farting... i.e. a fast gust of air. Compared to ice and fire spells, lightning spells generally have unimpressive sound effects. Yes I know in real life electricity doesn't have much sound compared to water and fire but this is a game. A louder thunder crackle like how they did it in Diablo series would suit lightning spells better. Or even change it to something similar to the lightning warp sound effect.
