Registered account, and all characters deleted.

I went to buy more stash tabs, and when I registered my account and finalized my purchase, and exited the game all of my characters were deleted.
What can I do about this? |

Was this on the beta realm? I ask this due to it recently being wiped, which would make sense if you're currently on it. Also check that you didn't accidentally set your character list to filter to a separate realm than you created your character on.

I've been playing the game for like over a year without ever registering the account.
One was lvl 72 as of today and I had one around 55~ And a lvl 30 ranger |

You overwrote your account when you "registered" i'm assuming you are a steam user?

If you're not a Steam user, then you already had a registered account.
There are only two ways to play this game (not using Garena). 1) through Steam. 2) with a registered account on this site. Either way, you overwrote that account when you created the new one. You'll need to email support to get it fixed. |
