microtransactions are not in my stash

hi guys i purchased a supporterpack(awakening) and three weapon effects yesterday,but when i check up my m-stash,nothing is inside.my points are also gone.my problem is,i cant send emails,so im writing here to get an answer and maybe help.receiving mails is no problem,its just sending mails doesnt work.

Microtransactions are not available on the Beta realm, as wipes are commonplace. Your transactions will be on the live servers.
