Why would you introduce another cold skill that isn't useable by Claws. I'd love to use this but since it's not useable by claws I'm very sad. Ugh.. I feel I just had to vent.

That is gonna be though choice to pick between cyclone and Ice crash from the quest reward I'm assuming it will go where there was 2 cyclone from killing the general in act 3.

Looks like Voll's smash - small and powerfull immediate aoe and slightly delayed bigger aoe with less damage.

Ice crash + multistrike + increased area of effect + Cast on crit + ice nova + shock nova
