Can't vendor for chaos orb

I have a complete set of unidentified yellows, all i60+ (amulet, 2 rings, gloves, boots, headgear, onehander, shield, armor), but for some reason the NPC will not give me 2 chaos orbs for them. See screenshot:

Chat record lists the ilevel of each item, and inventory shows the items (red ones):

According to wiki i60-74 items should give 2 chaos orbs, and I've done this recipe countless times before, today's the first time I had a problem. I'm pretty sure there was no patch today as I didn't see any download when I launched game?

I'm afraid you simply forgot the body armor!

Lol oops, that was embarrassing, I'm clearly not awake today.
I put the armor back into the stash apparently.
