These all looks wonderful and all so cultured~ I once met a polish guy, we went on a hill hiking trip, and he had a tin of polish strew, all fresh and everything it was amazing!

Only eat canned tuna(in water, not oil or anything weird) for the protein. I don't mind the taste either. I like all kinds of fish anyway.

 It is either this one or the Goya's version. But I normally do not eat this alone, I usually include it with white rice to have it be arroz blanco con frijoles negros. Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
