I get an error message and a crash after playing the game for a while.

Hey guys. i have now big problem. When i playing PoE and i go to next map sometimes, now i get always error and crash PoE. I do anything from this thread:

and from peoples's who have this same problem and google.
Really i want and i like playing PoE but this crashes stay a boring really. ( Im TP to map i go to next map and crash, relog this same situation and crash.... I try 4x and i go to next map 1 time...

Guys can someone help me with this problem?... My friend told me to speak on forum. Earlier he have this same problem, but GMs help him.

Sometimes i get another errors but this time only this i see.

I will do now reinstall my windows 7, and instal PoE and try.
If GM can do or help something please told me :P

I reinstall and format system, fresh downloaded game+ configure to minimal options in grapic and sound and i see:

Drakier, i can't instal 64-bit os system, becouse my computer can't handle it.... :(
