"Increased" and "convert"

I know that increased + increased is just a sum of the two so you do not get the interaction like more + more has.

However, how does increased work when there is no way for it to apply till after other increased have already applied.

IE. 10% Increased physical increases 100 physical damage to 110. This then all gets converted to lightning damage. Would 10% increased lightning only boost it to 120 or would it multiply across to 121?
And if you close your eyes, does it feel like your exalt almost hit this time~

No, conversion is done first, damage increases and multipliers are applied after. Converted damage just counts as both kinds of damage and will have the sum of both kinds of increases applied and get multiplied with both kinds of multipliers.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

And just to be sure then (that was great info btw, ty <3) a secondary effect, in this case Static strike's AoE. Do AoE mods still just get dumped into that stage one pool? Or does it start a whole new chain?

It's still the same calculation, AoE is just another damage property.
