Something is crashing my hideout and causing rollbacks

I've been getting spontaneous crashes in my hideout the last few days. Each time it happens all of the items in my inventory that I just vendored are restored and unid'd, and I can't reload the old hideout (losing me some nice unfinished maps ARGHHHH).

The only thing that i have changed recently is to equip the Axiom ghosty.

Well, ever since I took off the ghost effect my hideout hasn't crashed. I'm going to put it back on now and see if the crashes come back.
