Vaal gems and beta

I was wondering if vaal gems will be reworked and improved during beta, at the moment most of them seems unuseful, especially for the slow recharging mechanism.

Well from what i've seen there are tns of vaal skill related gems that will make them more ... well ... usable
"I'm going to show you pain you never knew existed, you're going to see a whole new spectrum of pain!!!!! Like a RAINBOW!"
