Lightning Strike/Arc Mjolner Build

I got myself a mjolner but i dont want the discharge play..
I did an attempt with my marrauder but the dps wasnt satisfying.
So, any advices on a build with lightning strike??

I run a life mjolner build a lot on standard, the biggest dps factor for me was gem level, make sure you are using 2 arcs and then either lightning pen or iron will. Other than that you can use that lightning atziri belt, and make sure you're using rathpith or some other shield with spell damage.
Oh and i also use discharge now (i didn't for a long time) but even just romiras and blood rage is crazy good imo, my dps was wayyyy higher but arc is still safer.
