Getting lag spikes with new internet

Hi! I got my new connection a few weeks ago and noticed that i was getting lag spikes only when playing Path of Exile. Im using a Technicolor TG799vn_2 router. I used the PingPlotter program and i got this result. http://gyazo.com/a95aea9ce9c1df69f4b7da375f68e2e2

i did a speedtest and this was the result http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4331171613

Ping spikes to ~2000 and i cant move for 2-3 seconds.

I have opened the ports 80, 8095, 12995 , 20481 and 32768-61000.

What should i do to fix this problem?

can you use winmtr version 0.92 instead?

it produces better results and more readable than ping plotter.

but based on the results, there's likely an issue in the telia network (contact your ISP most likely).

did you experience issues while that trace was running? it doesn't look like it.

let it capture while you play and experience issues.

the number 11 got 36% packet loss
IGN:Ronnie_Radke
The high loss isn't an issue because as you notice, it's not consistent. What causes problems is loss that continues through the trace. You're getting a consistent 3% loss starting from your first hop.

Send the trace to your ISP and hopefully they can assist you. Good luck.
