New skill gem - Arctic strike

and It would be awesome to have cold variant of these melee skills. I know we have glacial hammer but it's not aoe based skill. I imagine something like when you hit the enemy you unleash projectiles similar to ethereal knives in all directions or in arc in front of you like lightning tendrils but with cold dmg. It could also have can't freeze or can only chill modifier. Let me know what you think about it... That day was a quiet night, I woke up from a nightmare... i wouldn't say that it's a bad idea, but honestly i'd put it at a lower priority since you can effectively accomplish this with any AoE skill (including those listed) via Hatred (which, let's be honest, pretty much everyone using these skills runs anyway). in fact, Hatred can even outscale the fire/lightning damage from those skills (36% @ lvl 20, aura/buff enhancements totaling 67% can boost it past the fire/lightning scaling of 60%).
