Burning arrow + LMP

I was wondering since burning arrow has a 20% chance to ignite with 1 arrow on a target. I have LMP+burning arrow now. My question is if 2 of the 3 arrows I shoot since I have LMP.

If they hit the same target with 2 arrows will I have 40% chance to ignite and do double burning duration+dmg?

You can't hit the same target with more than one arrow.

If I hit a target point blank range. I have seen atleast 2 arrows hit a target at the same time.

You couldn't have seen that because you can only hit each target once per shot. One of your arrows hits the target the other two just pass trough ignoring it.

You "thought" you saw that happening. Can't shot gun with LMP arrows. Only Tornado shot offers anything close to shot-gun.
