Don't forget to test/balance in the Beta...

As many people that are extremely better than me at the game have noted, this things are not right:

Status effects on crit (they don't need node investment in comparison to non crit, except those crit nodes that buff the base damage a lot anyway). Maybe reduce the base chance per crit if crit chance is still being easy to cap for people? I don't know, I'm not good at this things.

Surgeon flasks.

Crits should be about extra damage, not about extra survivability.

If there is a good time to change this things, it's now.

Disclaimer: I'm a crit user too, and even if not an expert, I can see how this things are imbalanced. Feel free to disagree and even trash this, :)

PS: Also, the pack affixes in the map pool, so people have to roll rare maps with lots of mods (and more fun) for once.
