Lazy man need help.

Guys? help me somebody pls))) i am very lazy russian guy) got not much time for the games, played more then year afo for POE, now whan't to play again, but my build allrady sucks... was playing dual strike and cyclone (320IIR 46IIQ)duelist, but it's allready got no profit, got enough 20\20 diffrenet gems and some good items, like this ? and legacy bor, soultakernonlegacy) two 85 andvarius and so on, many crappy unics, rings and amulets. Can smebody show me one realy good tank build or something like that, so i can play once a week for fun, not dying all the time anf killing 78 lvl map's with one klick. I will get item's i need for it, and if it possible, it must have 6l like mine and soultaker :D. Thank you for reading this annoying shitty message and thak you for help)))
