Problem with linking existing account

Hey, i constantly get operation timed out when trying to link my existing account with steam. Is there any solution for this?

I am having the same issue; and only when I type my password correctly. If I intentionally type it incorrectly it notices right away.

I found a solution: I went to Manage My Account on this website and linked the Steam account through the website. Once that process was complete, I hit the login button and it worked perfectly.
