Can't load location Church Dungeon

In Act II, everytime when I try to reach level 1 in Church Dungeon game freeze. Must go back to windows to see Exception Error Messages and quit the game:(

so after couple of hours playing, there are still problem issues with loading screen random locations, when game freeze and you have to go back to windows
it's really boring go through the exact locations again and again to reach some goal/destination
waypoint could have been better deployed
