Strongest/Easiest Witch build

Sorry, I'm a newbie and I don't know if I should post this here. I was just wondering what the strongest/easiest/funnest witch build is for beginners. :)

Easiest is probably Arc, it's really hard to mess up building it, it's also fairly strong and many call it fun, can work crit or no-crit.

Crit Freeze Pulse + Ice Spear is also a nice, versatile combo, fairly defensive with all that freezing so it's easy and strong.

Glacial cascade is pretty fun and strong, but it's harder to use and build.

Incinerate is very powerful and fun, but needs special attention when building for because you need to be more tanky than a regular caster.

Lightnig tendrils is similar to Incinerate, it has good power and coverage but needs a tough char.

Flameblast proliferators are very powerful but many players dislike the playstyle.

Summon Raging Spirit is very strong and easy to play but might be kinda hard to build for a beginner, you need a cross between a regular caster and summoner.
