Herald of ash + elemental proliferation

Do they work if linked? For example if they are linked and i kill mob while Herald is on will overkill burn damage spread wider and reaply after i kill 2nd mob?

ohh also does overkill burning dmg from herald of ash benefit from +%burning dmg?

Yes, prolif+HoA's overkill damage will work.

Increased Burning Damage will also work on Herald of Ash's burning damage(s)
