Poetrade online status

Hello guys I have a great problem.I have take acquisition to shop on poexyz and here I result online but when i go to poetrade and i search my trade it seems to be offline..I started playing 3 days ago and so I'm not in the ladder but anyway i have sent a message to poetrade and they gave me a code. If I put the code it seems i'm online but on poetrade when I look for my objects my ign is always offline.have you any help? Tks so much!(Ps. Obviously i Put my own code and seems i'm online for an hour manually but in poetrade i'm not )
