Really sad how Hero Animations are the same Since BETA

Too bad Animations for the main character has never been improved since Beta.

I don't get it you only have what 5 main characters to play with?

Yet GGG can find the time and resources to properly animate hundreds of different enemy AI in the game. But no time to fix just 5 main characters which is the most important part of the game?

The heroes walk really stiff, arms hardly swing when they run, upper body is really stiff when they run. The bottom feet stride lengths are too tiny, nobody runs like that trust me.

I really don't get it at all.

Don't wanna start a whole Diablo 3 debate here but in all honesty, if you look at D3 barbarian his animations are flawless. I would expect POE to atleast be similar to that? come on the game has been out for years now.

surely you guys can find the time to put a little effort into it yeah?

Its sad cause everything else about this game is perfect.

Why is GGG having so much issues with this small part of this game? do they need to hire extra help or something? I am sure they can find someone cheap on freelance website to help out.

Almost every skill has a unique animation, you want them to update all of those and character walking and expect it to be a simple/small thing to improve? Seriously?

I expect them to update only the running animation thats all.

You make a fair point

Somewhere around 30% net MS and people gain a new running animation, and maybe after 60% another slightly changed animation

But depending on how they created models, and how fluid it would look, they may have to redo the animation of every single piece of gear to work with a new running animation.

But this really isn't exactly even near the priority list, I would rather have a lot more QoL improvements over anything (AMD better support GGG PLS!)
