Singapore gateway down?

Singapore gateway also down for me.
Its disconnecting, giving me "could not translate packet from PID 412???" something error occassionally..... I connect one out of 10 tries but there are no NPCs in the world. screenshot or it didnt happen: EDIT: Im in Thailand and on TRUE. Can't connect to Singapore gateway too, using M1 ISP :/

I'm in Perth and I have not been able to log on for the last 2 days. I'm getting the message "Disconnected from patching server before patching completed. Try again"

I receiving a lot of no response from host which is think is not what this test suppose to find out. Is there another test method I could use?

About 20 min ago I also couldn't get in.....I dont have the winmtr tool, but here is a snapshot of my pingplotter;
