I would guess pretty much everyone that had the ability to click on beta sign up that pays attention to the news. So just take the regular number of repeat visitors with accounts and multiply it by 1.5 to account for new sign ups and steam exclusive users that read community game page because linked new is posted there, because some people that don't wan to be in the beta don't really want to be spoiled until it leaves beta so would avoid most of the news.
