How to upgrade to journeyman supporter pack through in-game shop?

I want to purchase the journeyman supporter pack and I have the option to upgrade to it for just $20 when I check on the website. The in-game shop, however, only displays the $100 price tag instead of the $20 upgrade price tag.
My card right now is being declined by the POE website and only seems to work through steam. |
