Been lazily messing about on it, got a partial WoW rarity color set up for now, might just change it back to the default colors with borders and i need to fill out a load of map types but here is mine so far. Pressing alt to show the hidden items(i've not bothered to filter out base types for uniques or messing about with ilevel) Also they have said that you should be able to adjust the volume of the sounds with the scripts though no example was given.

People worrying about missing the Albino Rhoa Feather? You can only get it off a certain mob, and you can check the ground for it even if your filter hides it with a quick ALT. Seems like a waste of time.
