Flame Totem Cast Time

Ive been playing with Flame Totem on my maurauder:
FT reports a cast time of 0.08 seconds. Rubbish. It casts noticibly slower than Warlords Mark at 0.5 seconds. Its more like 0.8 seconds, so either the bug is a typo on the cast time or a bug in the actual cast time. B. The Preceding message contains discretion.

I think those 0.08s are not the time it takes you to place the totem, it's the cast-time of the totem itself, that flame thrower is the result of a rapid series of casts. Maybe there should be two cast times on the gem, if only one is possible I'd take the time it takes to set it up, that would be more concordant with other skills.
