My apologies for my ignorance, but how do I use this filter after I have downloaded it?

updated (late) for talisman. has a white border for tier 1, a blue border for tier 2, a yellow border for tier 3, and a gold border for tier 4, the fishing talisman has a purple border. all rare talismans have the font increased.
