Brodka's Ball Lightning build

Hey Guys

Doing this build as a Scion because...

1) I wanted a high lvl scion for pvp
2) you can get the Scion AOE nodes :D

Allows you to get the max AOE passives from the tree which is very strong on Ball Lightning.

The bigger the AOE of ball lightning the more the SINGLE target dps as well. As 1 ball will take longer to pass over a mob thus hitting it more.

I've gone stun b/c its amazing and super safe. If you notice, im using stun gem, belt has reduced enemy stun threshold. So does my both my weapons.

Let me ask you. How does this build fair in PVE and high maps? Is it ok not to take powernodes? What bandits did you take? At what lvl did you change to ball light?
