How does the scaling of Dreamfeather work?

1% attack damage per 450 evasion. My question is if this additive with the rest of the attack damage nodes on the tree or multiplicative?
Lets say i have 200% increased physical damage from the tree. With 45 000 evasion do i do 300% more damage or 400%?

It depends on your build. A single Dreamfeather sucks, unfortunately. You have to dual wield them, like this, to make it worthwhile. Dreamfeather could use a buff, but you can get some decent damage (and defense) out of it as-is.
