Hi all! i just got scion as a class. and want to make a good Spectral Throw build, But dont know witch one i should go for? witch build will be best for a scion?

Depends on the budget...As a low budget build probably the on Chundadragon advised is the best one.
If you can afford to buy acuity and mirrored weap, shield, jewels and belt then go for fyndel's (yes you need mirrore or very good crafted items to make fyndel's build work..and also really high level character)
