Physical Wander Passive tree - Feedback needed!

I'm currently gearing a Wander using either Kinetic Blast _or_ Power Siphon in the permanent Hardcore league, however I'm not completely sure on a few things. My most important question is will I need VP or is Ondar's and Acrobatics fine? I'm going to use legacy crit multi gear. In my current passive tree I opt for VP and Acro/Phase acro but not going for Ondar's, I'm not sure if this is overkill. Other than that I guess I'd just like some general feedback/thoughts on the passive tree, if it's efficient/picking up the important nodes.

Wand is temporary hopefully, in the process of getting a better one but the market is slow in HC. EDIT What 6L gem setups would you guys recommend for Kinetic Blast? I do 100% want these gems in the setup, but a bit unsure about the last two. I guess Pierce and some damage gem. Why not go Duelist if you're going phys?

I've played wander in the 1 month softcore race just now, without VP, and I've had no reflect problems so far (roughly 10k power siphon and 3.2k KB with full charges). As for gems, you definitely want faster attacks in your 5L.
I play with KB-GMP-PCOC-Faster Attacks-Physical Proj. Attack Damage in my 5L. My sixth would probably be pierce or WED. Maybe leech, but with leech from tree and gear I feel that it's not really needed (when I'm using Ondar's in softcore at least). I don't think you'd need both VP and Ondar's, though (in my opinion) Ondar's is superior, but that may be a question of taste. This is the guy I got most of my info/ideas from.
