So earlier I simply went to stand up from my chair and both my knees went like RIIIIIIIIIIIP and so much pain. Now I can no longer bend them or even sit down again ... Going to the toilet was incredibly painful trying to sit down with what seems like two torn kneecaps.
WHY DID THIS HAPPEN AND WTF CAN I DO??? (b) Personal abuse, foul language, inappropriate subject matter, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory or defamatory remarks of any nature ... are not permitted.

I might have to call 111 if its still serious after a nights ... I mean morning and afternoons sleep. (111 is the UK medical emergency helpline).
