chancing , quality

Im trying to chance white item to unique but not sure about quality. Its better to max quality before chancing or not? Thanks. | |

As a personal preference I usually do as using 4 for a white item instead of 20 for a rare / unique seems worth it to me, but as far as I know quality does not change the odds of getting a unique.

Absolutely not. If it takes you over 20 chances to get a unique you're wasting currency on nothing, and it almost certainly will take over 20 chances.

" Well, keep in mind that you can vendor the failed attempts for alchs. So it comes down to the % chance for rares and the current scrap:alch ratio. Probably worth it I assume. |
