login Problems

Hi there . having problems login to character selection

and having problems log out aswell . i have to ctrl alt canc to close the game and i have to wait up to 10 min b4 i can login in again .

As anyone encountered this problem ?
is because of torment/bloodlines league over loads ?

please if anybody knows how to solve this PM

login try: around 500
success rate: 1 login
estimated time waste : 7 hours

the "Connecting to server" is last long forever .

I still have this problem i cant just close the game or i cannot login again .... in SOOO frustrating

A good thing is having a serious answer about this problem from GGG but nobody knows what to do ....-.-


THAT'S THE WAY TO LOSE PLAYERS (without considering the lag and perma desync etc etc etc .)
